Heating Instructions:
For both Potato Gratins and Wellingtons, heat oven at 375 and cover items with foil and bake for 30-45 minutes. Insert a toothpick or knife to make sure it is hot in the middle (you will see some crazy steam) and same for the wellington, just make sure the Wellington doesn’t get too dark or the pastry burn. You can store in the fridge for 7 days 🙂
