Description
Seitan “Turky” Wellington | Housemade Herbed Seitan filled with Apple Cranberry, Sweet Potato, Celery, Carrots, Squash, Sourdough Stuffing wrapped in a blanket of Puff Pastry.
Contains Wheat. Soy and Nut Free. 3lbs. Serves 4-8 portions approximately.
Heating Instructions:
For Wellingtons, heat oven at 375 and cover items with foil and bake for 30-45 minutes. Insert a toothpick or knife to make sure it is hot in the middle (you will see some steam or the knife should be super hot) for the inside of the wellington, just make sure the Wellington doesn’t get too dark or the pastry burn. You can store in the fridge for 7 days 🙂
