Empanada Media Noche

This empanada is inspired by the Cuban “Ham and Cheese,” sandwich layered in a pastry with vegan Provolone Cheese, Hickory Soy Ham,  Cucumber Pickles, Mustard baked and ready to heat and eat! This favorite was a hit in our Covid deliveries so if you had these, you will know how delicious they are!
